For August, we are excited to announce that Kasey Britt, Associate Privacy Consultant, who is a member of the Professional Services team at Protenus has been nominated for the Employee Values Spotlight for embodying our shared company values.
During August and throughout her time with Protenus, Kasey consistently demonstrates our values.
Kasey routinely builds trust -- Kasey has been instrumental in the account transition with another team member's departure and ensuring that our customers case investigations and reviewing efficiently and based on the customer's specific workflow. She's also ensured that our Asana project management and tasks are up to date.
She is human :) and is one of the most willing to step up and lend a hand for our colleagues. She supports the team and routinely assists and mentors colleagues.
Kasey shares our mutual purpose of onward together by thinking creatively to assist our community and customers in partnering with them in the day-to-day case review and consultation efforts with the privacy program, customer data and reports, and new deliverables. Kasey led the team with the launch of our case review and triage bundle which includes consultative efforts and updated our documentation and deliverables to reflect how each of the customers wants to leverage their hours using the assessment to identify the privacy program priorities. She is identifying ways to leverage additional case bundles and working with our Manager of Customer Growth & Retention for potential upsell opportunities to grow our services pipeline.
She supports our PANDAs community and our team as a resource for research initiatives, provides program and new features feedback, and serves as a privacy subject matter expert developing future post content and updating professional services articles and posts.
Q&A with Kasey
What’s your role at Protenus, and what do you do?
Associate Privacy Consultant. I work closely with our privacy customers to recommend enhancements and solutions to optimize their compliance program. This includes program assessments, recommending workflow processes, policy and procedure review, and more. I also develop custom reports and perform case review investigations.
What do Protenus’ values mean to you?
It has always been important to me to surround myself with good culture and beliefs. Protenus’ values align closely with my personal character, so it’s great to be at a company that supports similar values. We are truly a people-first type of organization which I think shines through in our interactions.
As Protenus celebrates their 10 year anniversary in 2024, what makes you most proud about working at Protenus?
From our privacy software that supports patient privacy, to our drug diversion module which affects patient safety, Protenus makes a positive difference in the healthcare landscape. I love working at Protenus because the work we’re doing is so important. Not only are we doing great work in the industry, we do it with value and integrity.
How is it working with our customers on a daily basis?
Working with our customers on a daily basis is awesome. Our customers are an extremely valuable knowledge resource, always providing great suggestions and feedback. I love bouncing around new ideas with them. The relationships we build are equally as rewarding. Sometimes I forget they are colleagues and not my friends!
What’s your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is definitely my coworkers. I love being surrounded by such an intelligent, caring, and funny group of people. There is always someone willing to lend a hand or celebrate you.
